Connor – Brighton & Hove Albion FC 2008

St John’s School Yr 5&6 Football Team – 2008
St John’s invited us in to provide a weekly session for the children in years 5 & 6. We worked hard with this talented group of players and the results were evident when they won the recent district primary schools tournament in Tunbridge Wells. The school team now goes on to represent the area in a regional tournament in Dover and we wish them all the best!
Stephen & Luke - Brighton & Hove Albion FC 2008
Both boys have been training at our Development Centre for the last year or so and have progressed into excellent players. After impressive performances in a friendly match against a Brighton U12 team they were asked to attend training sessions with the club and hopefully have what it takes to advance.
Connor – Brighton & Hove Albion FC 2008
Connor initially trained with our development squad when he was 8 and then returned a couple of years later after trial periods with a couple of professional clubs. He scored an incredible 5 goals in a game against a B&HAFC side and was spotted by the coach and invited to train with the club. He has since been invited to a trial with their Centre of Excellence and we hope that he makes it through.
Sam - FCF Development Centre 2007
Sam has been training with us regularly at our Development Centre and many holiday courses. Recently he took part in a Manchester United Soccer Schools course where he finished the top player in their skills tests. He now goes on to the national finals at Old Trafford to see how he compares with the rest of the country's top players. Good luck and well done Sam!
Charlie - Brighton & Hove Albion FC 2007
Charlie attended one of our Advanced Academy courses held in association with Brighton & Hove Albion FC in the summer of 2006. He was identified along with another player by the Brighton Coach and both were invited to play in a trial game against the Le Havre academy team from France. Charlie was asked to attend regular coaching sessions with Brighton throughout the year and is currently awaiting news on whether he will be offered a Centre of Excellence contract.
St John's School Yr 5 & 6 Football Team - 2007
St John's School team was declared A league winners in a highly competitive primary school tournament. We have been running the after school club at St John's since September 2003 and all the victorious players have benefited from our coaching. We hope they will all go on to bigger and better things in football. The B league winners were St Paul's Junior School and again we have been providing after school football there since 2003, well done to all the boys that we have coached over the years.
St Augustine's School Yr 5 & 6 Football Team - 2006
All the local primary school teams in the Tunbridge Wells and District area were invited to a tournament to see who would represent the district for the current season. A hard fought final eventually saw St Augustine's triumph over St John's and finish as winners. First Class Football had worked with the team at the request of the school to get them ready for the big day and it paid dividends. Well done to all the players who started out with FCF at the school's after-school clubs.
Sussex Road School Yr 3 & 4 Football Team - 2006
The school entered a team made up of players from years 3 & 4 into the local primary school tournament and outplayed the rest of the competition to be crowned the overall winners.
All the team members regularly attended our weekly after-school football club and victory was a well deserved reward for all their hard work and effort. They should be a force for the future! Well done from FCF!!
